I have 17 scheduled agents. They watch competitors, build the daily promo files, follow the news in my sector and brief me every morning. At some point I couldn't name them all any more.
What fixed it:
- 1One list: every agent, what it reads, what it produces, who owns it.
- 2A manager. I built an 18th agent. Every weekday at 09:10 it checks that the other 17 ran and reads what they produced.
- 3One message. It tells me what needs me today and what failed. Nothing else.
Automation doesn't remove management. It moves it.
