Between April and September I asked ChatGPT for a banner 52 times. Same request, every few days. On 10 September I asked for the last one, and that afternoon I started building the tool that makes them.
The rule I use now:
- 1Count. If you've asked the same thing three times, it isn't a question any more. It's a process.
- 2Write the process down: the input, the rules, what good looks like, three good examples.
- 3Turn it into a tool or an agent, so the next person runs it instead of asking again.
Now the team picks the promo type and the tool builds the banner, and shows why the composition works.
What have you asked your AI more than three times this month?
